When I was in high school and college, I would study for a bit and then take a break. Sometimes, I would clean the house while listening to a professor that I had previously taped. Sometimes it helps to hear things twice, or I might have missed something the first time I heard it. While listening to the tape and doing housework, I felt like it was a break.

Yes, I used to this in my teenage. I used to study for say around 1-2 hours and then the whole day was spent surfing net, playing games, watching movies etc. But I always used to score well in my exams. It is important that you study with full concentration whenever you do so. If you are dedicated completely for those few hours you are studying then no doubt you will score your best. I have known people who used to study throughout their nights. Just sitting with the book, nothing used to go into their head. Such studying is worthless. Study for few hours but with full focus, without thinking about anything else and you are done. Enjoy the rest of the day. I have used this formula and I have succeeded
Also, it is important to know what is my scope of study? What I should cover and what I should ignore. There are people who waste time in unnecessary topics. They keep aside the important ones and complain later. So, you must also learn to sort out your priorities. All the Best!!
