I smiled at this topic somewhat...we can get so involved with our daily topics we make and reply to that we just don't realize how fast time is going by. I generally just dedicate a couple of hours during the day to Mylot then let my day countinue as planned.

Your just going through the first "Mylot stage" as I like to call it. You post/make a lot of topics then it will slow down eventually. You will eventually grow into networks of people who help each other and who are interested about each others lives.

C;
I guess your right, and I'm starting to get to know some members here that gives very valuable advices and inputs to my discussions...it's a good thing that sometimes warms my soul to know that people take time to respond to what I'm thinking...because I think most are not really concerned with earning but they really like to share their thoughts...

I let myself rest when i am able to. With a sleeping disorder, severe depression, and panic attacks I sleep when i can. SOme nights sleep totally elludes me, and others I get alittle but not enough. Depends on what is going on. I am like my mother in that I don't get much sleep at all if I have something going on the next day. Good luck to you!

Staying away from stress certainly does help. That is my biggest problem. It is like I am elergic to stress. I get hives, headaches all of it. I thank you for you concern. Winter is no fun for me. I just make it a day at a time. That is always best. Don't push to far ahead. SLeep is very important to all of us.

I have insomnia, and sleeping pills could drain my energy for the next day, and no matter what I do if it attacks I really can't sleep...luckily, this month it has not attacked yet...and I'm staying away from stressful things because I think it helps, and I hope I'm right!
I hope that you could cope with your depression though...have a nice day!

I don’t allow myself as much rest as needed I admit but I do agree that it is important especially if you have big day planned. The problem, I find is that it is when I especially need extra sleep my mind will start racing to all the things I’ve got to do and that I am unable to sleep!

Say good night, just a second - Yes good sleep will give a fresh day ahead. Even I sit with computer early 5 in the morning. I just heard the alarm beep normally set to get up in the morning. I just switched off the computer and went for sleep and and got up again after sleeping for 5 hrs. (upto 10 am) and now I am back on computer. Feel that getting addicted to myLot.
However, as it is holiday and it is not a regular practice, once in a while I think it is ok.
Now got to bed and sweet dreams and
Regards,
Thank-s

Hi dear,
Yes, it is a kind of thrill. Normally, once I come home after job, I used to relax and turn to TV or listen to music or if anything not interested I used to simply brows various sites only for time pass. But now I have not time for anything – No tv at all. Sitting with myLot and discussions are the best time pass for me and it goes very late night sometimes. Hope you also getting addicted to myLot?
Regards,
Thank-s

I usually allow myself plenty of time to sleep or rest. My biggest problem is staying asleep once I'm in bed! If I could stay asleep for 7.5 hours, I sure would be a happy woman!
