Need some advice for my new blog

Hi all, I have my own blog with blogger before but unfortunately it was deleted since the spam prevention robot has mark it as spam but I don't know what's actually happened. Although i did put links and banners associated to various online earning sites, but i also give brief descriptions about those sites (unlike the blogs i've seen before, which only have tons of banners without single word to describe them).
Well, now I am gonna start all over again but I wish not to use blogger. I have no idea about the pros and cons of other sites so i need your advices.
Which of the following is better way to create my new blog given that i am going to introduce various types of ways to earn online by giving information, tips, precautions...,and of course, adding my banner and referral links to those sites? I will promote the blog as well.
1)wordpress
2)weebly
3)get a free domain
4)webs.com (i'm not sure whether it support blogs)
5)stick back to blogger
Please give some opinion and help me to choose the most effective platform for my blog. Thanks in advance!

If you want a simple way to blog I would suggest blogger and wordpress. If you want to monetize your blog, go blogger as wordpress will not allow monetization without an upgrade.
If you want to post more banner than actual words, I suggest you get your own website and put up your blog there, you may also monetize your own website but this option is only viable if you have above average computer skills and good with html.
If you use a system such as blogger or wordpress or any other free blog sites you have to abide by their policies and some of their qualifications are subjective. Minimize your links and post more descriptions and explanations. Don't overload your blog with banner. Try simple links as to banners.

I currently use www.weebly.com . I have my website and blog all in one! I love it! I use my website to explain all of the sites I'm currently earning money on and then my blog is linked so that my followers can see how much money I earn on each site, each month. There should be a link to my website on my profile, feel free to check it out so you can see how mine is set up!

Jennlk: I am glad to see your reply. It seems that weebly is a smart choice then. I will surely check your site out.
steelfist: I know posting referral link is prohibited but I am quite sure that I read from discussions here in which leaving a ordinary link is allowed.

I have another option.Go to .co.cc .They will provide you a free domain.then host your own site as you like.In fact they are providing two free domains.you may host any thing .It is not necessary to be blog only.You may put your personal album if you wish.

I am sorry your blog was deleted. If I ever make a new blog, it would be with word press. I like the tabs and different options they provide. Blogger is okay, but I like a variety of page layouts, and there's is very limited.
