Correct timing to intake water!

A new friend of mine got noticed on me from having a bottle of water in my bag every day. I cant step out from the house without my bottle. I used to drink water at any time i want even am not thirsty. We all know that we should take 8 glasses of water everyday or even more but by not bringing my bottle its impossible for me to reach ample amount of water.
One day she send me message and i wanted to share it with you.
A Correct Timing To Intake Water Will Maximize its Effectiveness to Human Body
* Drink two (2) glasses of water 30 minutes before meals helps digestion.
* One (1) glass of water after wake up helps activate internal organs.
* One (1) glass of water before sleep to avoid stroke or heart attack at midnight.
* One (1) glass of water after taken a bath helps lower blood pressure.
Please follow it and stay healthy.

Hello maezee,
Though am not a medical practitioner but i do believe we shouldn't wait for our self to feel thirsty. Being thirsty means our body reaches to the stage of dehydration and its not good to our health. If you feel massive dehydration i must tell you to consult a doctor for that matter.

very informative but i add one thing, drinking water in morning before breakfast is very effective, drink one or two glass in morning is good for health.

Hi sameer,
Yes it is. An essential composition of our body. Though how vital it is but there are people who suffered from hydrophobia an abnormal fear of water especially huge body of water. But our body is composed of around 60 percent of water and our brain is approximatively around 70 percent.(ga.water.usg.gov.)

Wow. Your friend is cool! For me I drink whenever I want although I am not thirsty. I think in a day I consume 16 glass of water. Is it too much? Anyway, I don't experience any bad effect right now. I am going to reduce it to 8 glass from now onwards. Thank you for the advise.

Drinking too much water is never bad i guess unless you have problem in excreting it.
Yes shes cool! and so concerned on me thats why she sent it this in tips over my cellphone and am confused now if this tips on the internet this might be deleted by the admin. Anyway.

I know how important water is; afterall we can't live without it. These are interesting facts, even though I have never heard of them before. I know water keeps us hydrated and keeps our metabolism going.

I use to drink sufficient amount of water , but i have no time table like this for drinking water. I am going to try this. It sounds good.I think it is correct. I will try to drimk water after wake up and before. But icannot say about drinking water 30 minutes before meals. Becose i eat food at different time.
