In acting, deciding, and dealing with other people and situations, what do you usually follow, your heart or your head?what if what your heart says, is against whats in your mind, what do you do?

I've encountered this a lot of times already. Each time I want to make a decision or choose something, my mind just seems to rule my heart. Once is when I choose my current course of study. The other is when I chose to study Japanese over Korean when my heart tells me to study Korean and I like Korean better. In the end, I ended up giving up in Japanese. These were lessons that I learned hard, which really impacted my life a lot. I've not dealt with people with any of these things before so I don't know. What I learned was that whatever we do, we have to follow our heart.

many people uses their heart to decide but it leads them to regrets and poverty.many people also uses their mind but the end up to discontentment and unhappiness.its really difficult to decide what to do when the two are contrast.however i agree with you, what our heart says must be followed for whatever it will takes to our feelings are with it and that i believe is living life to the fullest.

I think and act with both. I think tough decisions are done with my head, and easy decisions are done with my heart. Sometimes my heart decisions get me in trouble and then I have to make those tougher decisions with my head! I just seem to wear my heart where everyone can see it!

I always try to consider both parts, my head and my heart. But to be honest I trust my heart more than my head, I'm a very lucky person in general (I have a lot of luck)so I'm the person that relies more on luck and feelings than my head and thoughts.
