The world is a home of complex religions, different beliefs about the Supreme Being, and knowledge about life after death. To name some of these world religions, there is what we call Buddhism, also, Hinduism, Confucianism, Islam, Shintoism, Christianity, and a lot more if we were to name them one by one. As I Studied and observed on these different beliefs systems, each is claiming to be the one and only true religion. However, this is my realization and conviction that religion cannot save me. But only through my relationship with the Creator who gave His Son to die for my sins that I might be saved. This Son called Christ is also the reason whe people around the globe celebrate in this Christmas Season. My fellow myLotters, do we have the same knowledge about this?

Sorry to say but Buddhism doesn't claim to be the one true way and neither does Hinduism at least a form of both. They believe as their are many paths to the center of the forest their are just as many paths to the God Head in Hinduism and Nirvana in Buddhism. This is because these two religions came from the same part of the world. India also claims to have the last tree from the garden of Eden, known as the tree of Life. As it is a tree that is in the middle of this desert.
I am a practicing Buddhist and I have found a connection with an energy of the universe when I chant and in my day to day life. I am not restrained by rules of a Religion which by the way is what has messed up every message Budda, Krisna and Jesus ever said. Religion asks us not to question our faith not to seek answers. Religion wants you to just be blind and do what they tell you to do. That is why going to Church will destroy your relationship as you are listening to someone who knows no more than anyone else in that room tell you what the words of the Bible mean. Well I am sure you can read can't you? So why does their need to be a Church and all this around it. Unless it is used in away to allow you to ask questions and have a disscussion using your Holy Bible to find the answers and discuss what the Bible means to you with the other Church members then going to Church may help you but the way Churches work to day they want you to be Blind Followers to their will not Gods (Creator)
As for the Celebration of Christmas that is a purely made up holiday on the account Jesus isn't born on Christmas and many people have stated this both who are leaders of the Religions that follow the Bible and people outside the Religion as well. Christmas was celebrated on the 25th because when Christianity was in the early days of becoming a Religion at least a Major Religion it had to compete with many of the Polytheists religions of the day. Which celebrate this period of the year as the Birth of the Universe more the Rebirth of the Universe. As this is when the Winter Solstice happens so Christmas is nothing more than a filler Holiday to get it to where people who where Pagan when be more willing to accept Christianity as a Religion so the Church at this time the Roman Catholic Church could gain more power.

Your religion does not save you. Only by grace can you be saved.

I don't care about other people's religion, what is important to me is my relationship with my creator, because, I believe that my parents could not deliver me into this earth without the will of my creator. So, I am searching the mandate of the Supreme Being on how I can return to Him and be happy while living on this earth with the people of various faiths and beliefs. Peace of mind and heart is very important.
