Favorite Christmas Food

My favorite food is Ham and Fruit Salad and all follows. I think I might the chance to increase my weight this year.

Oh yes, the meal is one of my favorite parts of the holiday. I can't wait for the sweet potatoes, and turkey. My daughter requested that I make green bean casserole, so I know what food she is looking forward to having. And...of course, I will have to make an apple pie :)

Turkey, without a doubt. I know some people have hams or beef roasts or other foods, and we do, too, but I do love turkey. We had cornish game hens for Thanksgiving this year, so we're having turkey for Christmas! Of course, the dressing and pumpkin pie is very good, too.

I really don't know. I'm not sure where I'm going to be, and who will be there.

I'll be making a ham....twice baked potatoes...sweet potatoes...corn....biscuits and cheesecake....most of the items are my son's favorites....and since he and his wife and little daughter are the only ones that can come home for Christmas I might as well spoil him!

If it's a main dish, roasted chicken, Filipino spaghetti, grilled pork, and rice would be great. I usually eat a lot on Christmas and my family would always prepare lots of dishes on the table.. I also go for ice cream, brownies, cookies, chocolate cake, maja blanca, crem brulee / leche flan for desserts.. ^_^
