ive been killing myself slowly with all the medicines ive been taking up. ive tried slimming teas and even slimming pills.
i have used a certain brand of slimming tea for several months, and i can say that it is quite effective. But, there comes to a point when my body was already used to the tea that it doesn't work for me anymore, so, the result is, i have gained back the weight i have lost previously. even the slimming pills work, but, i have stopped using them when i felt some strange things happening to me..
please recommend another slimming pill..^^..
as ive said, i feel strange things (felt dizzy, my hands felt numb. like that) happening to me with my last slimming pill.
can you recommend one slimming pill that you have tried and made you lose weight..
please..
thanx!
=)

hello mabel,
I gained weight too last year, and struggling to slim down.
but i never resort to slimming pills due to some side effects that might caused damaged to my health.
What i did is,take a walk and jog every morning and also discipline myself for foods that i eat.
Eat more fruits and lessen up fatty and carbo foods.
If you can strive to eat once a day (meal) then it's better, take fruits if you feel hungry.
I only take lunch as a meal and the rest is fruits and now i slowly trimmed down.
Have a great day

you can start with pineapple in the morning, since pineapple is a fibrous fruit it will help you digest the food that you will eat at lunch time.
then, you can have banana for dinner it will make you feel full.
If you still feel hungry and you are not yet sleepy, you can have apples and oranges.
yes,it's just a matter of discipline and never make everything fast...just be patient.
it's safer than taking those pills.
drink lots of water too,you will get to used to cravings,it's just mind setting.
you can make it,challenge yourself and you will get what you want.

I guess i need to develop "self-discipline".=D. Most of the time, I'm only motivated at the start of the diet then that slowly fades away after a few weeks. I start to eat anything again after that and obviously, I don't see the result that I want.
I just want to ask what fruits you normally eat when you start to get hungry?

Thank you! I guess i need to buy fruits tomorrow and have a stock in the refrigerator. =D What is the type of banana that won't make me constipated? Someone told me before it can cause constipation.

Yap, that's me. My classmates used to tell me that I'm fat, now, they say that I'm not (but they still tease me). But the thought that "I'm fat" is already stuck in my mind, so, I always try to find ways or methods that will make me thin (I love the bodies of models!).
When I'm alone, I look thin, but when I'm with my cousins (who are thinner), I look fat. I want to blend in with them. I'm tired of the teases of my classmates.. =(

Do you know that the fad today is not having a model's figure? when I was in college we did a survey regarding the body type that they want for their girlfriend. Majority answered that they don't want a girlfriend who is skin and bones they are more interested to girls who are normal in their weight who has good appetite. ^_^ ELLAANGELEUS is right! as i can see in your picture you are slim already. Don't loose too much weight. It is not that attractive if the person is unusually thin and scrawny. Please have second thoughts okay ^_^

Actually, Im having second thoughts since I really love to eat. Maybe I'll just lose some more weight (not much) then I'll maintain it. I'm having a hard time fitting in my shirts and in my pants. =D. I even have to jump to have a good fit. XD

Hello friend,
Greetings from India!
First of all, I would like to advice you that Please don't rely on medication too much. Nothing beats working out and then getting your weight down, as that ways you'll never put it back again. I've been working out myself since the past month or so and its incredible what 15 minutes of treadmill can do to your health..

Hello there..
Ive enrolled in the gym last month. I spend 2 to 3 hours working out for 3 times a week. I just can notice changes with my body, so I would like to add the slimming pill to it.
I think i just have to wait some more months..

Hi mabeldaclan! Like you, I have tried slimming pills, those that make you feel fuller and doesn't make you feel hungry. But apparently when you stop, the urge to eat is there again. The best thing that I can recommend is that you see a dietician or a nutritionist and of course consult your doctor before doing anything or trying out anything. It's not good that we jump into a bandwagon of diet schemes which we don't know if it can affect our bodies in a negative way. Your doctor and the dietician/nutritionist will help you and guide you on effective ways that will help you to lose weight. They will advise you the best procedure on how to lose weight and what your ideal body weight should be and of course how to maintain that body weight. Crash diets are no good, neither are those "slimming herbal teas". Some people take them and they're fine, some may react differently to those things. I wish you well in your plan to lose weight.

you're right. The moment i stopped taking those appetite suppressant pills, the urge to eat anything that i want is there again, and it seems like the urge doubled. Maybe, i would consult a doctor next year, when the holiday season is over..=D.. thanks..^^

i've never tried slimming pills, so i can't really tell you which one to use. but you should try going to the gym (i see you already are going, you posted a reply about it), but you won't start losing weight immediately. depends on how much you'll go to the gym. but it's much more healthier this way, and you'll gain a much better looking body too ^^

don't worry about that, it only depends on how much you exercise.. i believe going to the gym 2 or 3 days per week is enough to have a really good looking body, and not have exceeded muscles.

I spend 2-3 hours in the gym for 2 or 3 days in a week. Do you think that will do the "magic"? =D

Im just afraid that I might develop muscles that are similar to the guys. I would love to be slim but not with those muscles. =D. If only i have the money, I will undergo non-surgical operations to have my "dream body". XD

I will not recommend you not eat any slimming pills. It will affect your body.Your body will not be the same. There are many substances or chemicals that in the slimming pills. You might die or something will happen to you.I advice you to try using a natural diet or eat 6 small meals a day.It actually works.Just try.

Dear Mabeldaclan
I do have pity for you. Believe me, I was in your position 20 or more years ago. I used to weigh 182 lbs. and now only 142 lbs. Up to 68 at my age I still remain at 142 lb. Period. Have no fear! I can do it so can you. Let's talk about your health first. See your family doctor to check whether you have any serious sickness. If negative then let's continue on this thread. For a starter, choose a 'naturally thin' mentor who has been thin for the last ten years or so. Let him or her be your mentor for life. Caution! You will be surprised that such lifestyle is difficult to follow! Walk, talk, eat, breathe like this person. You will be again surprised that it's a good start.OK? Thanks! Love: Bro. Joe.GBU. PS. Please do continue this thread and we can conquer this obesity 'war'

Dear Mabelda
Sorry I am not in favor of any medication. I believe in self control. To be slim for life you have to very careful in what, how much and how often you eat. Of course, it must be coupled with light exercise. Please observe and follow the lifestyle of a naturally thin person. Just follow him or her for the next two months and you can be thin. But are you ready to change your lifestyle yet? OK? Thanks! Bro. Joe. GBU
