Gosh, I can't wait for the chance to lose weight again! I'm 7 months pregnant and already up (I'm embarrassed to say) a full 30 pounds (which was my goal by 9 months, so that's out the window). But, in the end whatever weight I gain is worth it for the baby and the doctors aren't concerned in the least bit, so it's a fairly healthy gain. :)
Anyway, losing weight has always been a great feeling for me. I have more energy, feel more accomplished, am in better spirits, and I'm more physically fit, which does make a big difference. Now I'm out of shape (obviously) and I find myself getting winded so much easier than I ever used to and it's kind of depressing, so I look forward to getting that stamina back as it's a really good feeling to be able to notice your stamina improving. I also like the feeling of having to buy new clothes as old clothes get too big and it's really nice to hit that goal weight that you've been trying for. ^_^ Accomplishing goals can be the most amazing feeling in the world.

Although I was not big to begin with, I began a very healthy outlook, which includes proper eating and exercising. I have lost 60 pounds which most would say why.
But I feel great with my health and my skin looks great. I have difficulty with my clothes as they are all loose on me, but overall it is a great feeling as I am way more healthy.

Well, I have lost weight several times and the one thing it has done for me is make it easier to run. Plus it has given me more energy and I don't feel so tired all the time. Losing weight is also good for your blood pressure as well as other health issues.
