What is healthy breakfast for you?

Hello friend, now is the time when i want to change my breakfast habits, because usually i don't eat when i stand up. First thing i do is to smoke one cigarette, second is to drink a cup of coffee. But i remember since i was little girl, my granny was saying me - breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and you need to out something in your stomach, because in other way you will receive gastritis or ulcer with that daily start of the day with coffee. The truth for me is that when i drink coffee first and smoke two or three cigarettes in the morning, it's much more easy for me to visit the toilet after that I use that as motivation for my stomach. But healthy breakfasts are good not only for the toilet going, but for the body too. I got one package of fiber and i love eating them with fresh fruits. I had that times when first eating was only yogurt, fresh banana, half or whole apple and fiber. I felt so so great, because that fiber helped me feel great. Even if i had moments when i eat much more than i had to, i didn't felt heaviness in my stomach. So for healthy and stimulating breakfast i can suggest you one of two fruits, fiber and yogurt, all mixed together. Any suggestions for me?

I either have toast,muesli,porridge or weetabix depending on what I feel like. I have porridge or toast when it's colder and whatever else I have, I always have a cappucino to wake me up in the morning.

Hello Jane, i am trying to teach myself to eat before the coffee and smokes, sooo ... it's better if i think something with flour and fibers may be?

Yes for me fresh fruit and oatmeal is good for fiber. But my breakfast for every morning was a complete meal and a cup of coffee.

There was a time we made fresh for every morning, before eating. Half grapefruit, half lemon and one orange everything mixed in one fresh juice. That's how we started the day and it was energy stimulant.

milk, egg and banana consist a wholesone breakfast. add cereal to it for a little more fibre.

For me, the most healthy breakfast up to date is either muesli or corn flakes, together with a cup of orange juice. Or you can try the English breakfast, you know, a sunny-side up with two hotdogs and a croissant. You can also add some homemade salad in it too! I think that makes a great balance and it tastes great too!

My favorite breakfast meal is an egg white, oatmeal pancake with some orange juice and blueberries. Yogurt and cottage cheese mixed with fruit are always good too.
