I wish! I could probably use it. Can't afford books and have so many books at home and not enough time to read them. Actually, I've been doing more reading than writing lately... unfortunately, because I could use the money from writing. I really need to know how to bring more money in. I hope you will share either on here or privately to me what you learn. Perhaps you can write a book review for Triond.

Hi Pat,
So happy to hear from you again. I have been doing more reading and writing. Somehow, when I start to read more, i get more ideas on what to write about. This book is great, you should take the time to borrow it from the library.
I have stopped purchasing books too and in fact, I would want to get rid of some, looking for ways to sell it on ebay or something.
I have written a book review, but it's just so general. It may not give much details on my takeaways. Maybe I should write another one pertaining to the various points in the book. I intend to run through the book once more after finishing it today or tomorrow, so that I can pick out the relevant ideas in the book. Then I will send you that article okay?

I don't make many trips to the library anymore since our writing group moved locations. Besides, I've got enough books here to read (over 200 I'm sure). I'm also thinking about selling them online but I haven't had much success in the past with ebay.

It is written by the Smart Cookies and Jenneifer Barrett. Check it out at the library. I love reading such financial books that inspire others to take control of their lives and achieve wealth now and the future.

I have not read this book. But I have serious doubts about any so called wealth creation book. If they actually worked everyone would be well off. I think it is just a way to make money off of you and other monetarily desperate people.

Yes, this book is about wealth creation. I understand your point of concern. Many of these books encourage you to take action, which many do not, after reading these books. If you actually follow some of the tips given, you are on your way to great wealth. Plus, not many read such books in the first place. In addition, there is no need to buy these books, you can always borrow them from the library.

Hi Justinus,
I realised that I read less this year, after I got my netbook. I was more into the internet and involved myself online, rather than reading. But I picked up reading again a few weeks back. There are so many good books around and wish to expand my knowledge in certain areas of work-related as well personal issues. I guess there just have to be a balance of my reading as well as my writing and other online activities. I often read on the move, like in the bus or train on the way to work. I know it's hard to find the time to do so.

After reading the book, I feel like purchasing it too. There are good tips in there, and it would be better if I could write one like that for our local context. This book really inspires me.
You may be struggling now. But if you take action with the strategies given in the book, you may be on your way to get out of your student loan debt. Good luck!

Hi buggles,
the smart cookies refer to a group of five women who find themselves in debt and tries to find ways to improve their financial situation towards greater freedom. In fact, one of the smart cookies left home and had problems, was in debt after some time away from her parents. I would suggest you read the book before moving out of your mom's, this way you can be sure that you are in great financial shape when you eventually move.
I feel that this book make a great christmas gift for women! You are from the US, all the more you should take the time to read it, it is much more relevant to you than me. It is written in the US context. The smart cookies were ever featured in Oprah, but I did not see the show. Go on and read it, buggles!
