Do you add someone without a picture profile?

I have no picture on my profile as I do not know how to add it and so may not have the chance to make friendship with you.

Yes, of course. Everyone does not have access to a camera or other device (phone) where they are able to take a picture of themselves. And it doesn't bother me that they don't have a pic on their profile, although it is nice to be able to "picture" the person you are talking with. Sometimes even adding a pic of their favorite cartoon character or tv show or maybe even a favorite activity would help.

Hi Msnchatku, Welcome to Mylot. Yes, I do add users who don't have a profile picture. I like the different avatars too but lack of one won't stop me from adding a person as a friend. It's their choice whether or not to put one up as far as I'm concerned. Actually when I first got a computer, it took me forever to even figure out how to put a picture up.

Hi dear I do it. There are many reasons they cannot or not willing to put the profile picture. But some of the topics and discussion contents make them attractive and in such cases, I used to accept them. Also, even if we accept and found not creative or active for a long period of time, we can just simply delete them if not required. I think profile picture is a positive symbol and it is creative too. You are right, the pictured profiles get attracted immediately, where as non picture profiles sort out and their place always comes behind. Even I used to insist people to add their profile to enable them more attractive. Thank-s

yes, why not? as you said, they might be new users, or maybe they just don't feel like updating their profile with information.. its their call, not ours

I don't care either way. I am new to this, so I don't have a profile that would impress anyone.

I do. Sometimes I want to send them as message too but I think that's their preference so I'd rather not disturb them. Well but personally, I think it's nicer to see a avatar on the profile page rather than a green-colored boy LOL!

Greetings I think this all depends on the nature of the use of your social network. For me, I play games in Facebook so, I don't mind adding people without a profile picture since I am only after the benefit of having more friends playing a certain game. What I do mind is if the person trying to add me has no relation to me + doesn't have a common game we play. There you have it, know the purpose.

I don't mind adding someone who doesn't have a profile photo. It is true, one user's avatar can tell you something about their personality, but you can find out more about users if you see their posts. Thought I haven't add too many users until now, I usually accept other users requests. Me, too, I hadn't had a profile photo for my first moths here. I don't know why it took me so long, but eventually I decided to choose a photo to be my avatar, and here it is, my favorite photo of my dog.

To me it doesn't really matter. I noticed that some people on twitter or some of the other sites don't follow you or add you as your friend if they don't have a picture. I don't see what's the big deal is not like these people are even real, some people upload fake pictures, if they start to spam me I will delete them but I always add people all the time even if they don't have a picture.

hi there msnchatku!!For me I'll still add a member of mylot as my friend even if they don't have any pictures on there profile.I actually don't have any profile picture posted, becoz I don't want to put my picture..he..he..he..As long as user is willing to be friends with me and as long as they are willing to share their ideas here in mylot, I won't mind if they have or don't have a profile picture..Besides I joined mylot not only to meet people but also to know their views on topics that are going around the world...thats all..GOODLUCK and happy mylotting!!!

Hi When I use social network a picture dosent matter me. if the user wants a picture , then he is welcome to post one but I dont worry users to post a picture. some peopele dont know pc well so they are unwayare of there systems capablities. a picture helps to identify a person-- matchinh them with a face.
