Other people endure from insomnia than we understand. Studies have shown that at least partly of the population in the United States suffers from one variety or another of insomnia. Insomnia doesn’t just imply that you can’t sleep. Several people have trouble falling asleep, others wake up not feeling revitalized or like they’ve gotten the rest their body needed, some have problem staying asleep and others wake up early and can’t go back to sleep. It’s imperative to know that insomnia is a symptom not a diagnosis.

I fall asleep so quickly most of the time, usually as soon as my head hits the pillow :) My problem is, I wake up after only two or three hours of sleep and then I can't get back to sleep. I usually have to get up after laying awake in bed for awhile. You are so right, sleep is so important for our health and brain functions :)

Hmm talking about it, I am quite surprised too see the figures. However, I myself experiencd that before. I hardly can sleep well and it tend to sleep only early hours in the morning. Of course what I did was I went to play online games :) back to the main topic, there are a few ways to solve it. One of the ways that could work is reduce caffeinated drinks like 3-5 hours before sleep. Besides that, take a nice warm cup of milk before sleep and you could be sleeping soundlessly whole night long! Lastly, remember not to see too much action, adventure or horror movie before bed time should do the trick! Just my two cents and happy mylotting!
