bad dreams?

Lucky for me i haven't experienced that kind of dream yet. I don't even want to wish i will ever dream like that. I think i too will cry if i ever dream like what you have dreamed. Try not to think of bad things when you go to sleep or watch a scary movie at night especially when you are alone because i have heard that if you do, most likely you will be dreaming of bad and scary things.

wow, i have bad dreams a lot when i was younger but now i haven't had a bad dream for about a year or two now but if so every once in while. bad dreams usually come from something you have been thinking about lately bad or good. dreams are from your mind and things you have been thinking about lately. take care. pray before you go to sleep. surprisingly when i was younger that worked for me when i had massive bad dreams.

Hi there. In fact yes, I do have such experience. They aren't pretty and most of the time I woke up sweating. What I will do is I will take a short drink of warm water or milk and try to head back to sleep. Bad dreams are indeed...bad!

Yes, I've had dreams like that several times. They're pretty horrible, and I'm sorry that you've had them. Although dreams like that always turn out to be prophetic in stories, that's never been my personal experience, and it is always a big relief to be able to call the person and see that they're actually okay. I hope that doing the same thing helps you do feel better!

I dream usually that I die, or that I kill someone. I don't know why I dream this, but I can't control it. I've also dreamed that I lived in an estrange world full of things that I couldn't describe.

Everytime I had a bad dream it reminds me of my future.Because Usually it tells me of what will going to happen in the mere future.
