Online games and In game Friends

Elow myLotters, this is my first post of discussion. im a 21 yr old guy who loves to lay online games, flyff, granado espada, rapelz and others. i dont have much friends around me coz im loner, and plays hard to get. or maybe im just afraid to start a friendship with other people. i have Facebook account but it most likely full of friends from in-game world. my question is is it okay to have them and dwell in gaming world more than to to have a life and start to have real-world friends by the way, i usually play international server games, therefore, my online friends came from different countries

It depends what makes you happy. If you feel no need of having real life friends, then you probably shouldn't. But because you made this post, it means that you feel the need of having friends in the real life as well. I was always more of a real life person, I loved to be around people. I always thought that I have lots of friends. But as time passed by, I realized that they were all the type of people who wanted to take advantage of me, because I like to help people as much as I can. Now I realize this, and I must accept it. I am only visited or contacted by others when they want something. Nobody checks upon me anymore just to find out what am I doing or how I feel. So it means I am just a backup or somebody who helps out others. This is why I prefer not to go out so much anymore and rather stay home and looking for online earning opportunities. I would suggest you to try out the real life as well, and then decide what is better for you. I tried them both, I would prefer real life, but it is better for me not to go out so much anymore, knowing that I am only a backup.

hello, i can relate. im also fond of playing online games specially wonderland online. most of my friends are from our country but then i also have close friends from new york, thailand, USA, and they were such a sweet and kind and fun to be with. :))

Wow, I have never played any online games. I am also not active in my facebook account. I envy you for this. But you have to consider that there is also life outside the online world. You can also find people offline and perhaps make them friends. What is important is a balance life, that way, you will find happiness as well as contentment.

dude, i'm into online gaming too. well, it really is enjoying and all but you have to consider that there are people around you who may share your same interest. just lessen the time on those online games and go meet people in you neighborhood or something. you can never tell maybe they are into online gaming too and they play the same games you do. go and meet real people dude.
