The law in CALIFORNIA, you can't talk on the phone and drive and if you're caught by a police you're fined but there are PLENTY of people who still talk on the phone while driving....!! It is so dangerous, what do you think?...

tnagedrtbag16 well, i have borrowed lots of money from my friends and i am able to payback too. that's what friends do. they help each other. well if you lend money to your friend and he/she didn't payback, then he/she is no friend of yours and only uses you for your money....
