Hello everyone!
Every time you posted your topic,. .
Do you expect someone from your list of friends to respond on your post?
Am a newbie here and as i have observed that some or even most of the members are replying to the same individuals and even replying happily under one box and have their own box on the next.
Is it because their topic interest one another?
Tell me your views on this.
Thanks

No, i don't expect anybody to respond to my started discussions. If one or two responses then im ok with it, if not then i can't force then to do so because i understand that not all members here are interested in the discussions i started. The boxes you mentioned maybe because they wanted to add something to what they have previously said or because they are interested of the discussion or just wanted to make a discussion out or the topic your started.

When I start a discussion, I do expect to get responses, but only if it is interesting enough to get them. It also stand to reason if someone is going to take the time to respond, then I am going to take the time to comment back to them, as we only earn from what we do and not from the activity of others. If you don'[t comment back to the responses you receive, then you can't really expect anyone to respond to any of your discussions. It is a common courtesy to comment back to the responders, as they have taken the time to read your discussion and give their feedback, and you should be willing to comment back to them, and that is the only way to keep the discussion going, or otherwise it just stops. I hope you take the time to comment back. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I don't see everyone on my friend's list would reply my topic, or discussion I posted. Some might not even bother to read them if it is not in their interest. I would try my best to post some interesting discussion. Hopefully that would help me to earn some extra money.

Hello asliah,
Hehehe, sounds coercing our love one to respond in every topic we posted. Even if they knew us personally but still its not an obligation for them to respond.
But in any way from our friends list we can make an idea of who among them could respond.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!

It happens most of the time. In fact, Mylot strongly encourages us to do this, commenting in someone else's box to stir up interest and make the discussion even more interesting. It's like, someone else's comment will interest the other and from there, more and more views come up.

I am very active here on myLot so I reply to all and any quality discussions. I have well over 1400 friends on my myLot list and not all of them post daily so I do go to the tabs and seek out quality discussions.
There are many times that we/I can respond to a post and the initiator does not reply back. So there are many times that you will see many members go back and forth to reply to other members simply to keep the discussion going.
When I see members reply in other comment boxes it makes me happy as it makes for a great discussion and interactions amongst all members. You can do this by the way it will certainly gain you some other members more apt to responding more to your discussions.
I do not start a great deal of discussions and hope to always get replies.. My daily interactions earns me a great deal of responses with my own discussions as well.

When I'm starting my own discussion, I do expect a little to get a responds be it from my friend list or other members. But I always remember and understand that it may interest some people and not to some, and this is very common happening in every discussion. I always want to participate on every discussion which interest me but still sometimes read on one or few that does not interest me and I have nothing to say about it. Good luck and have a nice day
