Geared up for Christmas and New Year

Depends on what you mean by 'geared up'! I am almost done with my Christmas shopping, although not 100% yet. I still have a few gifts to take care of. Me & my family have everything planned already though. Although honestly at this point, I am not doing anything for New Years that I know of.. But I'm sure I'll make last-minute arrangements.

I have been away from home for a month in a half and although it was a nice get away, I am anxious to return and be with my children and have a wonderful time. I cannot wait as I return next Tuesday. So I am so geared and so ready my friend.

hi, our family never practice or celebrates xmas because as we knew it, that's a form of paganism. An occasion before of Pagans dedicated to one of their Gods Thor. Yes, New year would be just fine because normally we will welcome another new year as we say goodbye to recent year. It's normal to have a special occasion on that moment and a sort of family reunion or a party for all relatives as we welcome another new year.... Nice topic and Prosperous New Year ahead... I am so excited for Christmas this year!! I am soooooooo looking forward to the best Christmas ever. We are going to watch home movies, eat turkey and ham, eat lemon meringue pie, and spend the day with our whole family...oh yes, I can't forget, we are having sweet potatoes too!! I will be taking A LOT of pictures :)
