your ways to still exercise

i think many of us, is more lazy to do exercise.. for you who think exercise is so important to still do exercise, whats your way to reduce your lazyness to still do exercise.. thanks

join the gym... with friends everything will be easier u can bid the lazy if u go the gym with friends and have fun together

I haven't exercised for about the last six weeks, but I have been moving my body. I will get up between posts and fit in some jumping jacks. Sometimes, I even get up and just walk through the house a couple of times. It clears my head and gets the blood pumping again.

hmm i would usually not sit right after a meal.. my choice always is to stay standing for at least 30 minutes. hmm now in the afternoons, i jump rope hehe but only on weekends. ;)

I never exercise. But by foot when delivering my son school and shopping, I regard it as an exercise. Mopping floors, sweeping and cleaning the ceiling, I've also considered as an exercise. Because I felt, I was moving my body.

Hi nophie!. Yes indeed I am quite lazy to exercise because the weather really cold and its often rainy so its really not made me in the mood to good out from home. All I want is snuggle back into my blanket and eat something hot, so I am not getting thinner but gaining more weight. There a time when its not rainy I will take my dog for a walk but I think thats was not enough exercise for me but I am really not in the mood to go to Gym. I think i need to try something new.

I don't exercise regularly but I do some chores at home. I do laundry, sweep the floor, wash the dishes, walk up and down the stairs. When I'm bored or feel lazy, I dance like crazy or most of the times just stay in bed and sleep till the next day. When I go to work, I walk off to work or even walk towards home after work. Life's been much easy for me when I do much moving because I feel like carrying the whole world when I have a heavy body.

I do try to do something to work out, even if I am very busy. Yoga, long walks, runs and I also have a stationary bike that I ride while watching tv.

Yes are right many ous are lazy here on mylot but i still do my exercise so it isnt impossible to do.I think one of the easiest ways to do excersise is to go to the swimming baths as it can be fun if you go with a few friends and it is good for the arm and leg muscles infact here in the United Kingdom lots of people go swimming.The other way would to get a running machine in your house and slowly build up the speed i personally prefer swimming though as you can have a fun time and also there are lots of differant strokes to do my favorite is front crawl as i can go fast with it.
