Stress can come in a sudden. I have some tips may help to avoid stress. 1. Manage the schedule of activity, then do it properly. 2. Stop thinking hard, if u can't think a problem well. 3. Don't forget your hobby. You can listen to the music, go to the beach, or meet and chat with someone. But sometimes it's better to avoid someone in work area. 4. If u can't sleep, don't push yourself. U can read. People say reading is one of the best way to overcome stress. Good luck.
