I think my sisters landlady is related to Father Christmas!

A while ago my sister told her landlady that the shower wasnt working, someone came and checked it and said that it couldnt be fixed as the entire system would need taking out. My sister told the landlady that it was no problem as they could use the bath and not to worry about it. Today the landlady called and said that she and her husband had been talking and they feel bad because when my sister rented the house it was supposed to come with a working shower, so she has decided to take £50 off her rent every month! I cant believe how nice she has been, my sister has only been in the house for about six weeks and she said that it was no problem that the shower didnt work but this lady said that as she was so understanding she wanted to reduce the rent. So they have £50 more this month to spend on last minute shopping, and the £50 more every month after that! Her landlady really has the christmas spirit! Has anyone else had any luck like this for Christmas?
