It's good to make use of all media available to you, glad your day is important enough to write about no matter how, thanks for the answer!

I don't write in a journal, but I scrapbook both on paper and digitally. I keep track of things that matter to me that way, some of my scrapbooking is just a bunch of writing on a page that I don't want to forget.
I have sarcoidosis in my brain and I sometimes forget little things, so having a scrapbook allows me to keep track of memories in a written and photographed media. Plus I keep keepsakes like tickets for movies or the tourmap of the zoo, just to always have momentos.

Wow. Yes, the lungs too, the rasping was ludicrous! They wouldnt let me stay on the prednisone for too long, I am also diabetic and it was elevating my blood sugar levels, oh boy, I miss feeling good for the first time in my life.I feel exhausted like that too. Are there any particular foods that bother you? I have celiac disease too, I can't eat wheat gluten.

Yes, I have swelling in the tissue that surrounds my brain and in my cerebellum. They had to do a biopsy of my cerebellum in September to finally get a diagnosis, although they have had me on prednisone for about a year. My symptoms have all been related to this swelling... I get vertigo and vision problems as well as motor skill function problems. I get so dizzy and tired from it that I can spend a week straight doing nothing but sleeping and trying to eat what I can hold down.
Do you have it anywhere else, like the popular places... like the lungs?

I do both. I have an online journal where others can comment and help with problems I may be having, but I also keep some thoughts in a paper journal. I too love to actually write it all out by hand.

I do the same...there's not many other sensations that satisfy, quite like the binding of a journal across the open palm, at least none that I'm at liberty to mention, rofl. Thanks for responding, I can relate.:)

Yuppers. I have 2 prayer journals (one guided and one not). I also keep a "Just because" journal in my purse. I have a journal of cute things my kids say too.

I used to keep a diary when I was a lot younger. Now I keep an online journal at Xanga. I had it for a couple of years (the account there) without really giving it much thought, but one day I decided to start writing in it and now it's pretty huge *laugh* I really enjoy writing in it from time to time, although I have to admit that if no one were reading it I would be less likely to write as often as I do *laugh* But whenever I get to feeling a bit down or sad or lonely, writing almost always helps! ^_^

I love writing with ink and paper, but never think about keeping a journal I would be too embarrassed if someone found it and read it, which would eventually be the case when you die any way. I also like to type but keeping a journal on a computer doesnt have the same sort of feeling.

Ink and paper aare magical no matter what you put down, you're right, and sometimes its not best to leave private thoughts/secrets lying around.Kudos to your discretion, I am still aspiring!!Thaks for responding.:)

I keep a journal. I've been keeping it for almost 6 years. I'm almost 21 now. I am about a week away from publishing my book, "iAlicia" - Part I. It is a day by day bio meant to put the reader in my shoes and in my mind. I figure keeping a journal is wonderful, of course I would not put certain things for publication, but I started it with entertainment in mind and so I've always denoted which entries would some day be published. I have many people interested in reading it so far... I'm so excited I can hardly stand it, lol!

ueah I keep my diary along with me everytime I attend any meet or a official gathering as it is often required to pen down somthing important which you may require to recall later at any point of time thereafter. I do make a note of it na d highlyrecommend you to carry a notepad or a diary and pen to a official meet. It reflects ur personality

I do have a journal and I still do it the classic way, with my pen and with paper. It's just more personal doing it this way, and it gives me a sense of privacy. It's also more intimate and has some more personal touch rather having done it on a personal computer.
