How do you relax after a busy week?

After working so hard for almost eight to twelve hours everyday, Your body needs a rest and so now you’re going to decide what will you do with your day off? How would you relax after a busy week? Would you spend it with love ones or just alone by yourself? What activities are you going to do to relax your mind and body and why?

Hi dear,
As you said, after a horrible train travel of 2 hrs in the morning and long working hours of 8 hrs and travel of 2 more hrs, to back home is really tiring. After reach at home, especially now-a-days, I will straight away login to myLot and get relaxed. If am with myLot, it is my relax time. As this is one of my best time pass and entertainment, all my rest time is associated with myLot and discussions only.

When I have some free time after a busy week I often spend it with my husband or with some friends. We drive around in our local area and visit some of the places where we have never been. I live in a country where there are many islands and during the summer months I like to explore some of those islands with my husband and some friends. Sometimes we drink coffee at a cafe or go out for dinner in the evening if we can afford it. If I am alone in my home I usually relax with a book or some games. I also like to spend time on the internet.

I want to sleep till 11 am after a busy week. On Friday I go out with my wife if got out on time from office otherwise try to go out on saturday evening. Sometime I love to watch TV whole day and just be lazy at home. Listen to what my wife says all the time. I love watching movies so that is another attraction for the weekend.
Some weekends are busy like weekdays, have to do some work, not official but a must to do

I would definitely spend it with the people I love because I only get to see them twice a month. I also hope to spend more time with my boyfriend so am always looking forward for holidays and vacations.
To relax my body and mind, I go to spa for massage and eat something I really like. Sometimes, just giving my self more time to sleep is enough.

I take good long time shower cleans up all my body very well and i like to spent my time on internet and sometimes visiting public parks if weather is appropriate. Now i feel a new interest building inside me is that to cook. Now a days i try to cook something for myself on weekends.

it depends on my mood. sometimes, i usually watch my favorite movie in my room or read a book if i feel so bored and tired going out.there are also times that i would go out where my feet takes me. when my best friends are available we would meet and just hang out either in our house our in the mall.

I do not really get the chance to relax at all. I have a full time job and that take sa lot of my energy. Then after that has finished i go and pick up my son as i am a single parent. When we get home i spend time with him and still have things like cooking and cleaning to do and so i do not really get any time to myself. Now it is christmas i am so busy trying to do so many things at once to make sure that everything is ready for us. On the odd occasions my son's mum will look after him to give me sometime to myself but at the moment most of that time is used for shopping and wrapping up christmas presents. When i am not doing things like that then i enjoy just having a couple of hours of a lie down or i go on my games console and just relax a bit.

Since i am working full time from Monday to Friday, whole day and Saturday for half day - morning only, i really love my rest days.
Saturday afternoon would usually be spent on sleeping, because i don't get enough sleep during the weekdays, since i have to wake up early in the morning to report to work. After i have slept, i would do an hour of vigorous exercise. Then, after dinner i would read the bible for an hour then after that watch my favorite TV programs with my husband who will be home by then.
Sunday will be going to church to attend mass with my husband, after which go to the grocery then go home and do some house cleaning. I see to it that my afternoon is free because i will be doing my pedicure , hair spa and again watch TV!
That's how i relax, basically.

Music... !!! Yes... I love listening to music when I'm tired. It reanimate and invigorate me when I'm tired.
I just lie in the bed and listen to metalcore music... I get relaxed that way. I also like playing in the pc or reading a book.

My favorite way to relax after a busy day is to take a bath. It's nice having that alone time in the bath tub. The water is nice n warm. I add bubbles. Sometimes I like to read or do a cross word puzzle while I'm in there. It's a place where you won't get bothered yet you'll be cozy n warm! If I don't feel like taking a bath sometimes I just lie on the couch and read or watch a movie.

Well if I was with my love one then I definitely would spend my day off with him, we usually will go for a walk together and sometimes we go to the market or have lunch together before going back home and watch our favourite movies. But if I was by myself then I will prefer to stay alone either on bed or somewhere and listen to music and play games while resting and relaxing. Take care

What will I do after a busy week? Just SLEEP! ;) It is my body's way of compensating from the stress that I've been through because of so much work. But if given the financial freedom to spend all the money that I have, then I would like to go to a vacation to a resort where there is a massage therapist who would rejuvenate the muscles and will help me relax. Eat a lot of good food! And have fun in everything you do! ;)

After a day of work, the brain is squeezed it out to think about work, power was drained due to travel to many places, often we still have to deal with congestion at home. As a result, when I got home, we are no longer able to perform routines that should be done before bed. For example, change clothes, shower, or dinner. Sometimes, still in work clothes, even without washing their hands and feet, we went straight to bed because it's so tired. At such times, the body that are still dirty and hungry stomach is no longer too thought out. What matters can simply rest the body and mind with sleep.
Actually, there are some small things we can do as a relaxation before we climbed into the bed. It takes a little time, but the rest you will surely be more comfortable after doing these simple things. You do not need much time to do it, but the effect would be felt.
1. Bathroom.
Anyone would know that with our body bathing feels fresher. Bathroom is with hot water if necessary. If you do not have a water heater in the bathroom, call a family or a maid at home to cook for your hot water. Thus, when I got home you can simply take a bath. If you're used to bathe in the tub, use aromatherapy to help relaxation.
2. Messages food.
You are too tired to cook or prepare dinner? Just order your favorite food, or stop by the shop on the way home. You also can bring home food to eat with your partner.
3. Sleep longer.
You know, if after a few days you can not get enough sleep, then you have to "pay" your bedtime. Sleep is much faster. If your last few days just to sleep at 01.00, then today's try had entered the room at 21:00. Forget the book you are reading, or TV shows that usually do not want you to leave.
4. Drinking tea.
Prepare a herbal tea that is useful for relaxation. Chammomile Lavender or you can try.
5. Play with children.
Many people who deliberately ask the spouse at home to not let their son or daughter asleep first when they got home. Playing with kids can forget your stress. But when the baby was already asleep, or if you do not have a baby, is playing with your pet.

After a busy week of work i just relax in my home for one day by just watching my favourite movies on my pc and some time by just listening to songs and some time by playing with small kids and other day i go out with my friends just foor a change so there are many ways to relax so choose the best way for you........

Sleep! Sleep fixes everything! After a long day I come home and lay on the couch, trying to convince anything and everything that walks by to make me food. When that fails, I break down and make something myself. After I eat I go to sleep.
