Do not understand working of Shbux

Hi, I am a member of this ptc site Shbux. I do not understand its working process though. You get a lot of ads daily. Earnings are 0.1euro per click. Their minimum payout is 20 euro. When i reached 20 euro i noticed a withdrawal fee which brings my total payout to 1 euro. I wanted to know if anybody has been paid or am i just wasting my time because i have to click a lot of ads here.
