vinayraturi23 The possible reason would be problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). May be your ISP has been given earlier to someone else who has been used it and now same IP allotted to you. Is your IP static or Dynamic?

vinayraturi23 As you are from philippines I would rather say that there is very little scope of earning through survey sites. I think you better concentrate on data entry as your another option. You can join, mturk, cloudcrowd, odesk, freelancer, to do such task.
