Tell you a secret,do not take medicine,do not reduce food:study gecko crawl on the floor,(you first look at how geckos climb) for 10 minutes every day,a month to see results.Do not forget to thank me after 1 month.

The best thing to do is to reduce the snacks you eat or replace them with fruit and salad. Then also try and make some time for exercises. if you can do this then you should feel and look better.

easy and simple way, just drink a glass of little hot water before breakfast every morning, and fast walk for 30 min, it works, believe me.

To loose weight you effectively have to burn more calories than you take to yourself. You can achieve that by changing your eating habits. Most important thing: stop eating sweets (chips, chocolate, ice cream, etc) and start eating vegetables and fruits. Try to cook for yourself and eat less fast and frozen food. Drink water instead of coke or juice. Start doing some sport like walking or jogging and try to exercise regularly and at least half an hour / session. Write down your efforts, your sins and your weight each evening and compare them from time to time.

hi.losing weight quickly is not a good idea.especially using fat burner machines is a very bad idea.and if you wanna to lose weight quickly your body cannot cope with that and you will get weak.so just try it in steps..like you avoid fats which a problematic to digest.i mean bad fat.also you can do some exercise,joggin etc which will make you fit and you can lose weight also..

its everybodys problem.I think just lessen your carbohydrates intake and increase vegetable.. eat it as meal and snack.. and no eating of sugar laden foods a 30 mins walk 3 times a week will surely help.good luck my friend

Hello my friend, there are several things you can do in order to lose weight. This might sound crazy but you need to eat in order to lose weight, but you need to consider what you are eating. Hi Rani,
It is not easy to loose weight.We can gain weight easily but loosing weight is very difficult.You should do some regular exercises and maintain a good diet.You should maintain a balanced diet.Your balanced diet should contain all the essential elements like VITAMINS,MINERALS,CARBOHYDRATES,PROTEINS,ETC.You should avoid fast foods and other fat items.If you drink more water if will reduce some weight from your body.But you must be sure that you should drink water between a gap before and after meals.You must work hard to get the food digested properly.

its very easy have food in very little quantity every time. don't have food at night times, and morning time you have a glass of water add 2 spoons of honey and little bit lemon juice. you'll surely lose weight.
