Loose weight...!!!

Hello my friends. I gained some... or I should say alot of weight and I want to loose weight quickly, I want to look smart. Can any one help me?

aristhelyn4567 its everybodys problem.I think just lessen your carbohydrates intake and increase vegetable.. eat it as meal and snack.. and no eating of sugar laden foods a 30 mins walk 3 times a week will surely help.good luck my friend

I am curious to know what people from different places like to have in their breakfasts. I have always been a foodie and always looking forward to taste new recipes. So would you suggest me some good food??

aristhelyn4567 Breakfast is the starting point of a days meal so it must be loaded to get somebody going.I suggest bitter gourd or ampalaya stirfry with beaten eggs .Ampalaya to lower blood sugar and proteins from eggs.this is one favorite breakfast in the philippines.It...
