I am curious to know what people from different places like to have in their breakfasts. I have always been a foodie and always looking forward to taste new recipes. So would you suggest me some good food??

I love the traditional Israeli breakfast, which is basically:
scrambled eggs
orange juice
some bread (I prefer dark bread, but you can have it with white bread too if you want)
different cheeses (mostly white cheeses)
a chopped vegetable salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion and bell peppers
and then I finish it all off with some cappuchino!
(I've attached a pic of a breakfast I had recently, where you can see it all, except the cappuchino)

I want fried stuffs in breakfast. Fried egg, sunny side up, scrambled, omelette. Bacon, hotdog, tocino, longganiza. Those kinds of foods and fried rice. Yum yum. ^^

I like the spicy foods in lunch, but not much in the morning. =). And I also eat noodles when I don't have the time to cook anymore.

I keep my breakfast pretty simple. I usually have one of two things. One I like oatmeal with walnuts and almonds and cinnamon. Or I like a fried egg sprinkled with red peppers and oregano. Occasionally I will have scrambled eggs or peanut butter toast if I don't have time!

Cheese sandwich sound real good. lettuce and tomatoes are good for health too. while Banana and strawberry Smoothie looks like high on carbs. Hope you do some good workouts to keep away fat. :D

And i just love bacon. I simply love the smell of fresh fried bacon strips. They are so amazing and yummy. I could simply eat them like that. Just a spoon of butter and bun, and you have the best breakfast you can ever have.

Breakfast is the starting point of a days meal so it must be loaded to get somebody going.I suggest bitter gourd or ampalaya stirfry with beaten eggs .Ampalaya to lower blood sugar and proteins from eggs.this is one favorite breakfast in the philippines. It will be paired with hot chocolate made from pure cocoa .Health journals said that chocolate is good for the heart sweetened with unrefined brown sugar.sweet treat would be banana for a dose of potassium.

All that matters in the end is our health. Apart from that it is also good that what we eat will satisfy us. It is no use to eat something which is very healthy , but not what you want to eat.
