Quitting smoking is not as easy as people think because of the fact that smokers are addicted to it. They find it hard to quit from smoking because their bodies is in search for nicotine, thus abrupt cut in their smoking habit might lead them to experience some physical problems. The best thing a smoker must do is to have gradual cessation of smoking. If a person smokes 5 sticks a day, then tomorrow would be 4, then next week would be 3 and so on until his/her body can tolerate without nicotine intake. Good day!

Just have control and discipline yourself. Lessen the sticks you consume day by day so that it wouldn't be hard for you. For now 50, tomorrow make it 49, the other day 48 Day by day lessen it but it depends on you if you really want to quit smoking.

What scares you? Lung cancer, coronary heart diseases, blockage in the legs (peripheral vascular disease) and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke. How about chest infections, diabetic retinopathy, tuberculosis, multiple sclerosis and Crohn’s disease. I really don't think I look good with one of those microphone things stuck to my throat. That scares me.
I have recently tried to quit smoking and still working on it consciencely. First of all, there is nothing easy about quitting smoking. Secondly, don't give up.
Happy holidays!

hi,
actually quitting in smoking is hard,
it takes months before you totally quit and forget.
in the first time you stop smoking you salivate,
so you have to eat candies to avoid salivate.
quitting in smoking is depends upon you on how will you discipline yourself.
