how to allocate credits to banner ads???

hi friend, i want to know how to put credits to banner ads ,to be active(actually i know to allocate credits to banner ads) but i don't know in what ratio to put the credits to banner ads ! pls help me !!!

It is a traffic exchange site? By the way, you can do it by putting 20% on ration which is the standard.
