My phone rang rang and rung so I talked to my friend and I said I can not come because its very cold and Im shevering right now I feel I have cough and cold cause my throat is sore I dont want to be sick. Shes sound disappointed. If you were in my case considering your health WILL YOU GO??? No matter what will happen to you??

Sorry your not feeling better, but going would probably just make things worse. You should take something strong like nightquil and rest until you feel better. It is better to not show up and make everyone else sick than to be there and rain on everyones' good time by being sick.

Hi magenn! I'm so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. I believe that she should understand your situation, being your friend and all. And she should just send her regards to you and bid you a "get well soon" reply. I hope you won't feel bad as some people may think otherwise and not care if you do feel ill at the day of the occasion when you were invited. I mean personally, if a friend of mine gets sick on a celebration that I am hosting, I don't mind if she/he can't come. I would rather have him/her get better then just meet up with him/her and hope that my friend is better. Don't feel bad about yourself. If you are really sick then just go get some rest and (after posting on mylot LOL) get some over-the-counter meds to help you feel better.
