neobux suspende my account

I am living in karachi paksitan, and i registered in neobux with my pc, before 15 day, there is an error shows at neobux that, another user using your ip, i write them two time at support center, at last weekend i went to another city to spend holidays where i open neobux for clicking ads, when i came back and open my account at my pc, the messege is shown that" we suspended your account, becaus you made another account on same ip", i dont know what happens with neobux? nowadays they creat many problems for users.

Few months back I got the same message that another person use the same IP. I sent a message immediately with the details. But now everything is OK. I think sometimes IP addresses matches with another person, it was not your fault. There may be some issue related to your ISP (internet service provider). I don't know what to do if this would happen to me again. I am very sorry that your account is suspended. But you can register again after sometime with another user name. I know that there is no way to contact the admin from outside (without login). Best of luck, stick on mylot and don't worry for the issue.

I face the ip problem many time, thanks for advice, i will open new account after some times.

i haven't had any problems with neobux so far... it is doing great for me... my account is all good and stable... i'm sorry to hear about what is happening to your account... hopefully the admin can resolve your problem soon... good luck... take care and have a nice day...

i have never had this kind of problem with them before. Sometimes i am unable to login to the site but never have i had anything like you have. It does seem a little strange, especially if there is only you at your home that is registered with neobux. A shame as this means that you would have lost your earnings. I would re contact them and ask them to explain what the problem is and see if you can get things sorted out so that you can continue with them.

maybe your IP changes each time you connect nets and some other user from your ISP is member of neobux too.this how problem occurs when our IP is assigned for other user for the session and later we get it.Neobux is pain in that part and lots of innocent person are penalized for nothing.

Wether you use a shared connection or connect via proxy? if so probably thera are other users who are also logged in neobux by using the same connection. Neobux does not allow one IP address in 24 hours to login with different user. I also have experienced, finally i create another new account

First of all try to ask your ISP whether you are using a dynamic or static IP address. If are using an static IP, then most probably Neobux has deleted your account because of this reason. When you work in sites like this try to get a Dynamic IP address which is a permanent IP only for you.
