I"ve Been Blessed with a NEW Mobile Phone..Such a Good Life....

Hello Mylotters,
I don't wanna Jump and Joy or anything but I just can't believe how Happy I am. The Day after Christmas, I went to my brothers house to give him the Laptop that he left behind the other day. after that he asked my help him with the cleaning. to be honest I was surprised and wasn't prepare but did what ever it takes to help him because he has asthma and the number of mosquitos in his house was terrifying!

After that, we eat for lunch. Then, I told them about the Old 6020 that they gave me got damage because I use it for my moms alarming when she was still attending Misa de Galo. she told me that the Phone Fell since she was still sleepy trying to turn the alarm off. Of course, i sense their disappointment with their comments.
So, with out further thought, they gave me their sons (not used) B22-Duo or My Phone Dual Sim. of course, they said that there's something wrong with the Phone. So, i went to a mall today straight into a repair shop. they guy mentioned it was the charger that's cracked. from there i went to every phone shop that asked for a charger of that unit, none was available simply because it was rare. but one CellPhone Acessory suggested a Universal Charger, which worked.

Now, what about the old 6020 model? It's still intact. the only problem is the LCD, which can be replaced amounting to at least 10 to 20$ utmost. once, i have it replaced, it can be useful again.
I've never been this happy, Got Three New Sims up and Running (Old Smart, New Sun Cellular and Globe Telecom). Maybe it's just too small for some who's reading my topic now but for I know i couldn't afford these since I am unemployed..Guess, Birthday Gift just came before New Year.

Well, that's good for you to appreciate such things that you get by. Others who are often well off with things would probably not see the value if ever they get into a similar situation.
In my case, my sister's son dropped her Nokia E66 and the screen did not display right. She went to an authorized Nokia repair center and the estimated cost of fixing the phone went up to around $68. She decided to buy the new one and left her old phone for anyone to fix and own. I took the phone and just went to a mall where there were lots of kiosks dealing with cellphones. I showed them the phone and they replaced the screen which took around $23. I still think that it needed more than just a screen replacement, its working none the less.
Now I have two phones, the one that I got from my brother seven years ago which I really use and another one that has an off line SIM, just so it can still be used to browse the net, take pictures or videos, and anything else

Others are just fortunate to be able to replace phones when they want. If the way they live their lives permits them to replace things as they wish, I guess thats part of their standard of living. One can see it as not valuing things around them, yet things do get replaced sooner or later.
If you can't find an authorized Motorola kiosk, you can try online for particular service centers if not really just go to those places that deals with all mobile phone repairs. Referrals would be good.

That's because some people can afford to buy new ones and they treat Cell Phone like a toy, once got tired with the old ones then just throw off the old one. The one that was given to me was purchase through a plan in Sun Cellular thing. Well, I haven't seen any motorola kiosk since my V3 got screwed. I hope I can fix my old but good phone some day. All I can say is that, it's impossible to earn that much unless you don't get you're earnings through out the rest of the year. But if you're not always active all the time then it's impossible for you to earnmuch to much a play station.besides, would you really buy something that can be beaten by PC upgrades. I have actually check this mobile phone, and I have seen sales and online sell and I found that it cost more than 100 dollars and some are just plain new. Just happy because this is one thing that I really liked but I just passed it by but now I have gotten this for my next coming birthday.

Value the gift that your brother give to you nevermind the value either cheap or expensive. In my case although I can buy maybe an expensive gadget but if I am given by one of my siblings even though it is very cheap as long as it's coming from their heart and that items they get from their hardwork I am very thankful for them. You know since I am a kid I didn't received any gift from my siblings. Instead I always give to them anything as long as I can buy it or I can provide it. I am bless because when I they asking for something I have money to buy it for them. I didn't expect any returned but one I am sure they value all my gifts to them and by doing this they returned back to me when I went to their house I am treated like a king. I understand also that they have priority rather than giving gifts to me. They have their own family and instead of giving me maybe much better if they will give it to my niece and nephew. I am a good elder brother to them.
What I can say you should be happy because you got an advance gift from your KUYA. I know he is good siblings that have concern to his siblings.

I am suspecting that the phone was not the greater of the blessing, but the fact that with no hesitation your brother gave you the phone. Hooray for loving family who seem to amaze you with caring.

What a great surprise! Isn’t it a blessing when things like that happen? You need something you cannot afford at present and here it is! I have been longing for a real Guess purse for years and have not been able to afford one. Christmas day my sister hands me a gift and…You guessed it, a real Guess purse! I was about to scold her for spending so much money when she said, “ Got is on sale, so enjoy it and shut up!” I felt as happy as you did getting your new phone! Enjoy...You deserve it...

I didn't even lift a cent on the repairs because the Phone was not used for too long was said by my nephews mother, the problem was in the charger and i just decided to buy a universal charger instead.Have a nice day of 2011
