yes, you should always put it on when going in the sun. The sun can damage your skin. And make you look older, and i don't want to look any older than i am! lol

I would re-phrase it and say that sun block is good for your skin. We donot have a problem of the ozone layer being damaged in Pakistan hence there is minimal awareness of the fact that Sun Blocks actually do prevent skin cancer.
In parts of the world where there is a problem of the Ozone layer being damaged people use sun blocks extensively and quite religously as a matter or speaking to help prevent cancer. One of the examples would be some parts of Australia

I think sun is better for skin in morning hour, say first hour. We should take sun bath for at least 5 to 10 minutes. It is natural remedy for skin. But most of us do take it. Avoid sun all the time.

yes, i like sunblock to protect me from the sun, its important to save from dangerous problems on our skin, have a nice day on mylot.

i use to take sun bath in winter's daily...it's a great source of vit-d....wat about you neha????
