Whats my activity level for my caloric needs?

Im half way through my weight loss journey , lost 40 pounds but still have 40 to go. I think ive hit that weight loss plateau and i wanna break it off by calorie shifting. i cant get my caloric needs because i dont understand the activity level thing . like sedentary , moderately active etc. i work out 7 days a week . a minimum of 1000 calorie burn on the treadmill each day and a maximum of 3000 calorie burn in one day. so whats my activity level? but keep in mind i never rest a day .

Check out these two sites, they are free and awesome livestrong.com and bodybuilding.com. These sites have calorie needs built right in for you. Livestrong is probably my favorite site because it's so easy to keep track of the food you eat, and tells how many calories you have left for the day. Another site you might want to check out is sparkpeople.com. Best of luck.
