As the year ends, another year now is starting. Most of us guys are really thinking of new year's resolution. How important is it to have a new year's resolution? In my part, I do not like having it because its always been ironic when i have my new year's resolution....

I love making new years resolutions! It gives me a goal to work too, something to aim for. Even if every year i probably break my resolution after a few weeks. It does give me chance to recognise what things are wrong in my life and address them properly. And recognising the problem is the hardest step to make. This year, i plan on eating more healthily. So if i find a total upheaval too difficult to sustain, i compromise with myself, meaning i am still making minor improvements too my life. New year is the time for a fresh start, and resolutions are just a way to help.

I find that having a resolution which I really refer to as a goal is a wise idea. If I set my mind on doing something, I find that I have more success in achieving it. So far, I am day four into my goal oriented tasks and I feel like I have already accomplished so much.

I don't really a New Years' resolution. I don't really see the point, as I usually forget it within a matter of a few months anyway. So, I just stopped making New Years' resolution. For me, it didn't seem to make sense.
