thanks god he gave me a taller height. at a young age of 18 i stands 5 feet and 10 inches.
my tips, dont get stress, eat right more protein and calcium, have enough sleep, exercise such as running, jogging
but dont lift weights like in body building, because your muscles will be stressed
and wont grow however it will build up.
and try yoga! i think so! yoga!
have a nice day
and have a taller future :)

I see you received a great deal of helpful information and wanted to stress to continue to eat healthy, which include foods with vitamins and continue to exercise so that your body remains healthy.
If at worst you do not grow to the height that you prefer, do not be sad as genetic has an important role.
As a male always stand tall and confident, as no height will ever shorten a wonderful personality.

If you are done growing, there is nothing you can do to permanently increase your height. Exercises like hanging may appear to give you as much as an extra inch, but that is temporary. The reason is this: there are spongy disks in between your vertebrae (backbones) that compress gradually as the day wears on. This is why you are taller in the morning (after a long sleep) than evening -- sometimes by as much as an inch! Hanging will decompress those disks and give you some extra height for awhile, but you will have to do it every morning.
Exercises like yoga or pilates will tone your limbs, making your limbs more toned and slimmer, giving a lankier and sometimes taller appearance, and can also help you improve posture. Having good posture can help you look 2 inches taller!
If you are still growing (if you're under 20 years old this might be worth a shot) eat very healthy foods, get 8-10 solid hours of sleep every night, and exercise, but avoid lifting heavy weights, and definitely NO steroids!
Good luck!

The only thing that comes to mind is drink your milk, make sure you are getting enough calcium, vitamin D and Vitamin C. Other than that, be patient and you will grow. If you are done growing get some lifts and put them in your shoes.

hi, I do not know how old you are, but if you are still in the growing stage, I advice you eat foods that contain lots of protein, I agree with the other post that heredity plays a major role that determines how tall we will become, good luck
