the atmosphere is not that as what i am expecting,
the food was good, but they served the food very slowly
the place is hot as what!
the food stewards are not that hospitable,
they look mad, curmudgeon and they dont have nice personality.
when my friend done in her food, the food steward clear immediately her plate,
duh, we eat same time, i wish the steward wait me to be done before he cleared my friend's plate..
dont you think that was kinda rude? i hate it.

Ever ...
Hmm .. I still can not name the restaurant frontally. Violating the code of ethics.
The first restaurant that sells pizza, located in a luxury housing .. I happened to eat at these places, and I also happen to want to go to the bathroom. Location of the small room to make I have to pass through the kitchen door. When I see, the kitchen was very, very dirty. Do not deserve to be called a kitchen.
The second restaurant that sells food village, located together, in front of a bank. I ordered grilled chicken with a price of $ 7 dollars per piece, buy 3 pieces .. fit is delivered, the menu just like me a message .. grilled chicken. But when paid, the name of a different order .. what chicken either ... definite 3 piece $ 60 ... When I asked, the menu is currently empty. So, why appear on my bill? I do not know ... manager did not want to be responsible. Finally I was never again eating place.
That's all I remember well.

they said that they will serve the fries,
but we were almost done and going home,

definitely yes... a few times actually... rude waiters and waitresses, "stuffs" that shouldn't be inside my food, wrong food being brought to me, long waiting time to get my food and the list go on... this is really annoying as it spoiled my eating mood... take care and have a nice day...

That was rude hah? You could have approached their manager and told him about such rudeness. Customers deserve to be treated nicely, because by word of mouth, a restaurant earns lots of customers.
Though sometimes, some customers are also rude themselves. They treat the waiters so lowly that they think they are their servants. So much so that some waiters (as i have read in the magazines) would spit on their juices they serve or for other additional orders that they may have.
So, let us all be aware of that.

I go out for diner invited by my friends many times and once in a while I have a bad service at the restaurant. I have learned to say something or stay quiet depending with whom I go out with. Some people are shocked if you say anything to get a better service. Sometimes it is a problem of the waiter, sometimes it is the manager´s or the chef´s fault.
When I´m in charge of the situation (as it happens when I go out with a friend and we are splitting), I will say what is wrong and if the waiter is rude I will say it and leave a smaller or no tip (depending).

I have had quite a few restaurant experiences in the past. i have worked in this industry so i try to sympathasize on both sides of the coin. i worked and eaten in establishments that had terrific food. they didn't always have terrific service too. When the two are combined, it can make for a great dining experience. when you only get one, it takes a lot away from it.

I think we all have experienced some kind of bad service at a restaurant. Sometime talk with someone who works at a restaurant and usually the stories they will tell you will make you sick, Not to mention these weren't fast food restaurants. If I go to a restaurant I try to go out of my way to be extra nice to the waiter/waitress just because they have access to my food.
Please don't get me wrong, Not all Waiters are like this. I recently went to Red Lobster sometime in the last month. The Food was Great but the waiter was very rude. The typical usual's, Never asking if you want a refill on your drink/or bread. That I can live with. What got us steamed was what happen at the end of the meal, The total came to around $50 bucks and we left a $15 Dollar Tip. We only had a $100 bill, So We Gave him that. 15-20 Minutes goes by and he still doesn't come back to our table.
We eventually flagged him down and asked for our change, I really think he thought we were gonna leave him a $50 Dollar Tip (Sure, Id love to but with a disabled brother and a father with cancer we don't have much extra spending money.)
As The Waiter walked away he called us a bunch of cheap-skates, By Now I know what your thinking... Did you confront him, Talk to the Manager and the answer is NO.
The Restaurant was completely Full and people were staring at us and giving us dirty looks. I could swear he told a table that we werent able to pay for our Bill.
Needless to say, We could not get out of there fast enough, Probably one of the most embarrassing moments and my dad had his oxygen tank so people were looking anyways.
When I got home I thought long and hard, Talked to my Dad and we were Both in Agreement to call corporate office. They were very nice on the phone and actually sent us a $60 Dollar Gift Card!
If a waiter treats you REALLY BADLY I Suggest Calling the Restaurants Corporate Business and deal with them and there's a good chance they may give you something so they don't lose your business for good!
