My onbux and neobux account has been suspended! HELP !!

My OnBux and NeoBux account has been suspended! I violate ToS , 2 accounts were viewing ads from the same IP. I didn't know what has happened.. but I realized that my younger brother wanted to use these buxes! He created new acconts using proxy, but later he forgot to use it and he was viewing ads from the same IP as mine (in our hase is only 1 internet connection, our computer use the same IP) ... And our accounts has been banned :/ I'm really angry, but what can I do now? I have sended an explantion - to support@onbux.com and support@neobux.com.. Should I send them tickets? I can't log in my account so do I have to create a new one to do it?

This happened to me a month ago, and unfortunately you can't do anything about it anymore. What you should do is ask your ISP to change your IP address and then create new accounts and DO NOT use the same email and DO NOT use same username as well as same email for paypal account. AND be careful next time. Make sure everyone in your household know that they can't or should not access neobux and onbux site without your permission.

i am so sorry to hear about this... i hope you can resolve your problem soon... but i think it will be a bit hard for you because you had violate the ToS... having 2 accounts in the household is strictly prohibited by the sites especially if your computer has the same IP... anyway, please do not give up hope and hopefully you can resolve this problem soon... take care and have a nice day...

This happens as people don't have much infor about IP addressing and how the website track, this happened to me also but i just left the website as i was not sure amount website as i have never got paid by them. But for Neobux it is real good website. as our friend has suggested you to ask for change of IP address which will solve your problem.

I am sorry for you. However, you need to show additional focus when you allow others to use the sites that fetches you lot of money online. I am sure that you will make necessary precautionary measures next time.

Hmmm. If your younger brother was viewing, you could try explaining to him, that it got you banned. Maybe ask for his account? I joke. I would recommend finding the email for customer support, But I doubt it'd help you, as they state one account per IP.
If you're that intent on getting another account, use a program called proxpn to change your IP. it's free and easy. proxpn.com
Otherwise, good luck, and I wish you the best in getting your accounts back, as the both sites are very good ways to earn, I myself have cashed out $2 via neobux, and still earning at onbux.

My neobux account is also suspended some days before also for the same reason, your brother also use the pc but at my home this is my persoanl pc and no one use it, i also not understand what is the problem with neobux.
