Do you have places you hate a place because of somrthing that happened?

I hate Subway, because a boy left me in one when I told him I was bi. I haven't eaten in Subway since, although I've gone into them and eaten from them. Every time I go into one I want to throw up, even though it happened over 15 years ago. Do other Mylotters have similar experiences?

I don't want to talk about the reasons why I hate it, but that's my sincere answer.
I'm now in the fifth year(of six) of high school, and hope to finish it.

Yes, I do have a similar experience with a place in my hometown. There was a county building where they held the weekly flea market and behind this building was storage sheds that held the county vehicles. When I was 11 years old (15 years ago) I was raped in the storage shed and even to this day I have a hard time going near this property. The memories that I try to keep locked away comes back with floods of emotion and anxiety every time I find myself near there.

I will never go to subway because of their commercials.The only place I won't go is to my local hospital.I lost both parents there. I never really trust doctors and now I Really don't trust them.

Shame on that boy! Regardless of what he believed in, which is ok but to leave you behind like that wasn't the right thing to do. He'll have it happen to him one day. You watch and see, it'll happen to him one day and he'll learn a valuable lesson from it when it does.
Yes, there is a place that I won't go near however, it's miles and miles away from me so I don't have to worry about it.
