Hi. asliah. I have to admit that I am not perfect when it comes to brushing my teeth at night at all. I sometimes, will fall asleep and I will end up not brushing my teeth before I lay down for the night. I do however, make sure that my teeth is brushed really good as soon as I wake back up. I guess with me, I will have to brush my teeth before I get really sleepy. That way, my teeth are already brushed.

It's not really a good practice to not brush your teeth before going to bed because a lot of small particles from the food we eat will be left in the spaces between each teeth and when we sleep out mouth are close so the food particles in our teeth remains in there for hours and saliva can cause bacterias to spread causing our mouth to really feel bad in the morning when we wake up and even be aching sometimes. It will also be having a very bad breath. I know it's not good but sometimes when i am really very tired, i can't even get myself to change to my pajamas, i just can't brush my teeth. But that's rarely. As much as possible i try to push my body up to just brush my teeth and forget the pajamas..hehe

Its a good habit to have because the toothpaste will help to get rid of any plaque or food that you could not get from flossing and brushing at night. Plus, it gives your mouth a clean feeling and even though everybody has morning breath it helps to have a clean mouth while your saliva does its magic.

I brush my teeth once a day every morning using an electic toothbrush with a double head. I had my 6 monthly check up yesterday and the dentist said that the teeth were so good I did not need to come back for 9 months.

I can't go to sleep without brushing. I think I must brush my teeth more then most. I brush first in the morning when I awake. However, most nights if I wake up to go to the bathroom or take my dog out I will brush again before going back to bed. If I'm home I will brush after each meal or snack. I think in 24 hours I can brush anywhere up to 5 times in one day. I wonder now that I think of it, can brushing to much be a problem. You know the saying to much of a good thing is not good for you.

This is a very nice habbit to brush your teeth at night but I do not follow that. Brushing teeths at night will make us fresh before we fall asleep. I do brush my teeth every morning

No I have to and I mean I have to brush my teeth after every meal and before I go to sleep because than I won't be able to sleep at all and that will be no good for me. The reason that I have to is also because I don't want to get cavities because dentists charge a lot for refilling them they make so much money on that. So for me I like to keep my teeth clean so that I won't have to be paying the dentist a lot of money just for fixing my teeth. Oh and I also floss too because that helps get the food out that gets stuck in between the teeth. Well happy brushing everyone to help and keep our teeth healthy.

It is very important to brush our teeth at night as all the residue from any foods during the day will continue to sit and the bacteria is not good to allow it sit inside our teeth and gum lines all night.

I hate to say this but yes at times when my little ones tired me out so much during the day that I just conk out on the bed after putting him to sleep and am just glad for some shut eye. But I do brush my teeth in the morning because it is more important in the morning than at night I think. During the day we meet people and eat so the breath has a more chance of smelling but at night who's going to notice. Plus the whole hygiene thing lol

By right we should brush our teeth once in the morning and once in the evening.
In according to the instruction of the tooth paste which I am using, it can effectively protect out teeth for 12 hours only.
A dentist told me that I must brush our teeth during the night before we go on bed.
To brush our teeth during the night is more important than the morning.
I get used to brush my teeth during the morning and the night since I were a boy.
I feel very uncomfortable without brushing my teeth.
take care.

i brush my teeth at morning and at the night time, i dont forget to brush there teeth at time time especially. so brushing the teeth at time is very good habit because at morning time only everyone will brush but at night all will forget and sleep, so in our teeth all the germ particles will stay and stick to our teeth gums and my harm to our teeth, so brushing is important to everyone at night time.
