my sister currently have asthma,
and according to my grandfather,
that turtle is one of the best medicine for it,
she needs to crave, cook and eat the turtle,
because there's a lot people in our province who cured by eating cooked turtle.
do you still believe in old herbal medicine?
or just try to eat turtle once in your lifetime?

Mix a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice with a cup of fenugreek decoction and honey to taste and take this remedy once in the morning and once in the evening. It acts as an excellent expectorant in cases of asthma.
hope fully it will help ...

I do like taking turtle soup every now and then. In my country which has a large Chinese population, turtle soup is a delicacy known for its rich herbal taste. The meat, skin and innards of the turtle are used in the soup. Soft-shelled turtles are commonly consumed in this manner in Chinese cuisine.

I haven't heard of turtles being good medicines for asthma. I am a nurse but we only believe in herbal medicines with the use of herbs and not animals that are scientifically proven. Well if that's the case i do hope your sister really will be treated with her asthma. But i still rather prefer she go visit here doctor for the best medicine.
