When I was younger, I had a really short temper and got angry a lot. My boyfriend joked about how I should get a punching bag. I thought it was actually a pretty good idea. So, when something made me mad, I would go out into the garage and take my anger out on the bag. It could be a good work out too.
I've also found that music relaxes me. I can either play something soothing or blast rock. It helps a lot.
I think the best thing to do is something that you enjoy, and also uses up a lot of energy. If you like dancing, dance around the room to some loud music. It you like jogging, go for a fast jog. Things like that. Then you'll be too tired to bother remembering what made you mad!

Try to control ur mind.U can pray to God everytime for giving u patience and protect u from anger.Anger is a very big disease people have.A person who is closer to God can control his anger quickly. So pray to God,thatz the only solution.

The one thing you can do is write about why you are angry and you can vent it all out. Venting on here might also be able to help you as others might respond to your discussion as i am to this one of yours that you started. Its a start and might even help you out as others might help you out as well.
Its a suggestion worth taking and getting some help for free on here might help you on the end and then you might be able to enjoy your life after wards. Enjoy

When I am upset about something, I like to exercise! When I exercise, it gives me a way to channel negative energy and then it turns into something positive. Sometimes, I might go shopping, other times I might eat, which I hate to do...because then it makes me feel bad.
