How to remove malware or adware and spyware virus?

Today i scan my computer using my AVG anti virus and i found out that there is 2 adware virus and 3 spyware and malware. But i can remove it though i heal the threat and delete it it cannot deleted. How can i remove that kind of viruses? What if it doesnt remove what will happen to my pc? Someone help please. Thank u.

Did you try scanning it in safe mode? Put your computer in safe mode after you update it and try removing the virus while in safe mode.

You better change your Anti Virus because it sucks. Try to use Avast because so far its doing good for me. Hope I helped you a lot.

Well if you really thing your computer is infected really bad try kaspersky and scan your pc i know its cost more but you can use it for 30days after that install avast(load on start up) with malwarebytes(start manually) and superspy antivirus(start manually) so it would not slow your pc scan your pc 1 a week and always scan when you attached pen drive or anything to your pc
