laptop bluetooth problem

i am a new of hp laptop..but unfortunately its bluetooth does not work.and i am in problem.so please tell me how does it work

Ok lol , I am here to help you.
If its is a new laptop and installed new OS first goto device manager
1.Switch on bluetooth using a bluetooth button or use Fn + f3 (as of mines) you check yours
2.Check whether bluetooth drivers are installed correctly check for warning signs if any in device manager.
3.if found warning signs then install the sofware for the bluetooth.
If its a old laptop and if the bluetooth itself is not switching on
1.please go and buy a bluetooth dongle it would cost around 200 rs in india.
Its simple plug and play you can easily install.

thank you for responding me..my bluetooth is all well.how to connect i dont know..
1. at first i switch on bluetooth laptop and phone.then what i doing.please tell me step by step

I think you have not installed drivers.Goto hp site download drivers install them, then it should work fine

no.i have already installed the driver.but the bluetooth does not work..so what can i do

no no..my bluetooth is already switch on.and i have installed driver ..but i do not see the control panel bluetooth switch is on or off

That is a bit of problem. I am not really sure How it gonna work either. I don't have bluetooth function within my laptop though. So, All I can say I use one of those bluetooth adapter with USB connection, and make it has bluetooth function. You can try it out.
