vepoore87 Ok lol , I am here to help you. If its is a new laptop and installed new OS first goto device manager 1.Switch on bluetooth using a bluetooth button or use Fn + f3 (as of mines) you check yours 2.Check whether bluetooth drivers are installed correctly...
