And I was Down

You know all along you are weak.. but does a proof make you way too much concerned?
Yesterday my sister came to meet me to give me a lesson(about what..?). And so did she. In the end, I accompanied her to lunch from where she was to return to her place. (I live in a hostel, if you may ask, and obviously she couldn't stay here.) There she found some interesting items being on offer and decided to have a look. I just stood there, looking around. And then... suddenly everything got blurred, spinning and I felt sheer coldness. Fortunately my sister was (uncannily) swift to notice this; I told her I needed to sit somewhere. While two of them were lead me to some adequate place, I fainted and collapsed.
Rest is what it could be. I know I'm physically not-so-strong but again, I have high faith on my brain(mind)'s capability on keeping everything fine. Yesterday was not its day for certain. Now what makes me wonder is my current situation. Here I am, resting on bed and catching up with my lost hours. (They advised me against studying(especially on screen) but I can't help it. Work IS important!) So, even when those events are past, I still feel fatigued, unable to concentrate, and most noticeably, chest-problem while doing manual work. Is this normal, or am I exaggerating? If it is normal, then why I never noticed it before yesterday?
Uhhh.. maybe it's temporary state and will go away in some days! I hate it when I conclude a discussion myself just because it took so much time to type. So, what are your ideas about the whole event and especially about first sentence? I think I will give you a lot of time because as I said, I can't keep forcing...
P.S. - Sorry mys, just another discussion with word 'down'...

hora, you didn't notice it before as you ignored your bodies needs.
Lack of sleep and bad eating habits will actually kill you, you know.
Been there done that got the pics to prove it.
Now listen to grandma.
Stay away from anything that will keep your brain busy.
Sleep, lay down and relax, hell go sit in the garden if need be.
You need to shut down for a bit.
Now, move.
TATA.

So grandma is it? he he
Low weight very bad - easy to get tuberculosis, easy to get pneumonia. Both are terrible, especially TB because that blessed thing hides somewhere in the body and you then have a tough task of balancing your diet for the rest of your life.

I did shut down completely yesterday. But can't avoid getting anxious about the coming days. Other rejection maybe, but I'll have to prepare for it...

Gosh I missed this! I guess it was when I was away from myLot on one of my UK trips.
I had no idea that you had gone through this and I hope, reading from your recent comments, that it is a thing of the past. What is the point in studying if you are not going to be healthy enough to get through the exams and then to start a career? How much longer before you can take a break and maybe go home to your family fr a bit and eat properly for a while?

"Gosh I missed this! I guess it was when I was away from myLot on one of my UK trips."
LOL I knew I'll find the first sentence whenever you drop in here About the second, I'm not sure....
I go home only two times annually and one such chance just passed by, before this discussion. Have been having some events here, so maybe I'll go back around June/July... My mom will have to try so much to get me back to shape. Because I shade weight proportional to my stay here.
So you were gone to UK. I wondered, when I read a 'missed mylot' comment somewhere... Hope it was good :D
Did you notice the comment I left for you in OP?

I am so happy that you meet her so often. Though I thought you go once in every two months
That was the usual way... but now it's a lot tougher to send or travel. I hope to finish this course soon and start making my own ways. Then she will have no more worries..

Yes I did notice but I didn't really want to mention it... erm... here. Not everyone would know what you/we are referring to
Would it not be possible for your mother to come to you every now and then or to send you some goodies from home once in a while? Otherwise she is going to have a lot to do when you do eventully get back home.
I go to UK once a month now, ever since mother moved into a care home

i think you really should take a total bed rest until you are fully recover... you don't want to take a risk and play around with your health... have you go to the doctor for a complete check-up to find out what is wrong with your body??? please do so immediately if you haven't... the earlier you do it, the better because if there is any problem detected, the doctor can cure it sooner... take care and have a nice day...

Thank you
I will return to my doctor for a complete check up but that's not in near future. So much task to complete here... I hope I will get past this iron deficiency or whatever I have and that'll put a stop to this all.

Hora_fugit - Do you know that you've excellent command over English? I am very much impressed by your language and the way you express yourself.
And Doctor is always right! If he says chest problem, you do need to be more careful than usual! I mean it kiddo...trust me on this and switch off that computer and dream of Deepika Padukone or whichever girl you fancy. Trust me that would do you more good than anything else.

You made me read my post again. And I did find an after-editing mistake too. But that's not the point. Thank you. (no blush)
Sorry, I couldn't go away without commenting. I should not have started if I couldn't answer. So let it be, I'm here for some time :) I guess it could start to affect my heart if not taken care of.. so I'm not going that far. Currently, I'm on supplements. If only they had nutritious food too, in my canteen... Also, getting to know that vegetarians are disadvantaged related to iron supply was a bit let down. Hmmm...
I don't fancy anyone unfortunately. And I'll surely go to sleep if I relax. And that means skipping dinner, more than often.

hora,
In my spanish language we say ahora, meaning now!! That is what I have for you take care and of you ahora...
Sweetie a rough patch indeed right now but please remember that some things in life do pass, and this is temporary, please pray for better days.
Cause of not there will not be better days, we must take care of ourselves while we have the chance. I know it is easier said then done. But one day you will understand that.
I so wish you well and many blessings for years to come.

I tried to bow down, but there's no such emoticon here. So I'll say Gracias.
Now, thanks to my sister, I knew the meaning:) And that's what I did, at least tried to....
Thank you so much

You need to take care of yourself so that you can get better. You will study better if you get healthier. You could have had a sudden onset of a virus or bacterial infection and that will make you pass out. I did similar when I was young like you. In my case it was in my ears. You also sometimes may lock your knees when standing and cut off blood flow and you will pass out--might hit your head as well, then how will you study?

Please don't frighten me...!
Thanks for the response. Yes, ear problems do cause whirling effects but here it was simple fatigue. Maybe I did hit my head. Only my sister can tell that.

Altho I don't know why you are having these problems. I am wondering if it could be a anexity attack or maybe a food alergy. Panic attacks can bring on chest pain , but so can some kinds of hot foods, and spices. Health and work are both imporant but so is health. Thanks for posting and I hope you can figer out what is bothering you.

Well, it was a demo attack of anemic weakness triggered by the combination of tension and previous day's fast, topped by an hour long walking in scorching sun. Each of these I could avoid though...
Thanks for responding :)
