How could I complete my work?

I have lot of work to do, but I could not start it. Whenever I think about my work, I say I will do it later on. But the later on does not come. My this attitude increasing the list of pending work. I give lot of my time to games and such interesting activities. I feel completing the work is boring job. Who could I manage to complete the work properly.

try to finish one work at a time... you do not need to finish all of them in a day. Try to have a goal of finish work. Do not start all of the job then continue later. Better if you start a one work until it will be finish then procceed to next work or you can say to yourself later. Atleas there is a work finished.
