what is love ?

hi, for me, love is foolish game in the world and life of human, because when you loved a person, you could also encounter hurt and cry, and even depress and stress.

Love is definitely different for every individuals. And I believe that over time people created their own defintions of love and has been corrupted over time. Love is being used in our everyday language, like how we express to our love ones, but there are those who speak of love yet there is no meaning attached to it. I think that the greatest definition of love and what it should mean to every people should be found on the Bible and should embodied by every human soul. as 1 Corinthian 13:4-7 says: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude.... (refer to the bible for the whole verse). It very clearly describes what should love be for every individual. It commands simple truth about love and a perfect definition of what love is, but is never too easy to follow, for when we love, we are always carried out by the heights of our emotions, and we become greedy, untrusting and jealous. So for me love should be as it written in the Bible.

To truly love someone, you accept them...faults and all. You are kind to them...you love them unconditionally (this does not mean they get to walk all over you without consequences), you are patient with them (I find I need this trait with my kids, and there is always room for improvement) Loving someone means you will move mountains. When you love someone, you always think of them....

Love is a decision not only a feeling. Love for me is sacrifice and acceptance. It is the greatest commandment. To love is to be able to accept and respect. When you love a person you know how to give, care and be free. Happy mylotting to you.

I think love is a different feeling for every person in your life, I love my husband, my children, my parents, my friends and my pets but all in different ways. Love is quite hard to explain, it is a feeling from the heart that makes me feel happy around that person and also contented. When talking about the love I feel for my husband it is a feeling like I am so comfortable with him like he has been with me forever but also the feeling of passion. Sometimes he works away 5 days a week and once I have put the children to bed I feel like crying as I miss him so much. I am not actually a romantic though just being in his company is good for me, I don't really like holding hands and we don't even sit on the same couch when watching tv but just being there for each other and our children gives me a feeling that I want to live forever.

It is very hard to discuss about love. There are many different views about love. In our friend circle many times we discussed about love but we never get any unanimous decision. But I think love is one of the most important part of our life. I think without love nothing is possible. Love can change our life, it may be good or bad.

i think love is when you cant answer questions like this... i dont know what is love, in a explainable way, but i know what it feels like, so, your answer is only on you..inside of you :)
