Well cooking healthier can be more than just recipes, it is avoiding things like frying and baking or grilling things in stead. Adding as many vegetables to your dishes as you can, and sneaking them in when ever possible. For instance when I make chili I put shredded carrots in it. You can't even taste them but it makes the chili more healthy. Also don't use oils or butter in pans use non stick cooking spray, use skim milk instead of whole milk, use low fat cheeses or hard cheeses instead of high fat cheeses. Things like that will help you to cook much healthier.

I'm into healthy cooking...I post alot of the recipes on my blog. I'm not sure everyone would like them though...I don't use sugar and salt or butter. After awhile of cooking like that, you get accustomed to it and it's good. Every morning we drink a big smoothie full of fruits. We steam alot of different veggies in an electric steamer.
Here's my blog page if you're interested in checking it out.

I like my meats but have cut back to using turkey and chicken. Give up the hotdogs mac and cheese, red meats, fats, preprocessed anything. My daughter is into the turkey meats much more then I am but she has lost over 40#'s! and at her checkup when they did the blood work, she was normal in everything, the Dr was extremely impressed! At my dr's today I had lost 10#'s so it is workable for what every reason. I use all my regular recipies that I used before, I just replaced the ground turkey for the hamburg.

Yes. These are healthy - all 100% vegan - and very cheap to make. Try to use the best fresh organic ingredients when you cook too.

There's hundreds of different websites actually. You'll probably find the ones that work best for you come from your own country, as the ingredients will be more easily obtainable & the units of measurement familiar.
Wishing you & your family more health & happiness.

Cooking healthy is all about avoiding unhealthy way of cooking. Try to avoid oil that is what important.
I can recommend you to make salad but try to avoid the process dressing. Use only lime of natural dressing.
For meat and fish, you can grill or boil or steam them. Add some salt and pepper and that should be enough. Grill taste better among all of them and it will stimulate your taste bud just like fried food but it is more healthy.
Vegetables can either be eaten raw, make as salad or boil. To make boil vegetables taste better add some shallot and garlic or lime just or lemon zest.
Cooking healthy food is very simple and easy. It is the unhealthy food that requires something like 1 or 2 pages recipe and steps to make.

Hi..
This is my first time in here, I guess healthy food means avoid trans fat which means like more stewing instead of frying. Yes, you can try stewed fish sauted with ginger and garlic plus some lemon juice add broccoli and peas to serve with, more healthy than fish and chips. Also with chicken, do not eat the skin and wings. I heard they put the hormone injection on the wings part, try to avoid them. Good luck and stay healthy.

Anything with fruits and vegetables. I love vegetable salads and fruit salad. Try to cut down on the dressing though. The more organic and more natural in preparing food, the healthier and the better. Steamed recipes are also good. Try to cut down on meat recipes or at least choose the lean portion of the meat when cooking.
